Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and hire agreements with Tuff Buckets Australia (ABN 82 001 971 268). By placing an order or entering a hire agreement, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing

We supply excavator attachments including buckets, hydraulic grabs, rippers, augers, compaction wheels, and related equipment. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Prices displayed on our website are indicative. Final pricing depends on your specific requirements including excavator size, attachment specifications, and any customisation needed. Contact us for an accurate quote.

Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once we provide a written quote and you accept it.
  • Payment terms are agreed at the time of order.
  • We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash for pickup orders.
  • Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Warranty

Our excavator attachments come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product type and brand:

  • Digga products come with Digga's standard manufacturer warranty.
  • SureWeld products come with SureWeld's manufacturer warranty.
  • Other branded products carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
  • Contact us for specific warranty information on any product.

Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or use outside the attachment's intended specifications. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Delivery

We deliver to the Central Coast, Sydney, Newcastle, and surrounding areas. Delivery options include:

  • Pickup: Collect from our yard at 21 Hereford St, Berkeley Vale during business hours (Mon-Fri: 8AM-4PM).
  • Local delivery: ETA confirmed when your order, fitment, and route are checked.
  • Sydney/Newcastle delivery: Timing confirmed by quote or order based on freight path and location.
  • Interstate delivery: Available via freight, quoted separately.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Hire Terms

For equipment hire, additional terms apply:

  • Hire periods are agreed at the time of booking.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal use.
  • You are responsible for the equipment during the hire period.
  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.

Returns and Refunds

If an attachment is faulty or does not match what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits or business interruption.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
